Great, the apartment was sparkling clean and close to bars and restaurants for night life

Breakfast was fresh, plenty of food, big balcony. Would definitely come back for the location, it was great.

They had everything we wanted for our trip, we liked staff and views. We had the suite and it had a sunny balcony. It was perfectly located. Found Cielo Italian, set extremely close to the hotel, ate there a few times. It was a 4-star property in every way.

It had a good range of facilities and furniture, staff where extremely kind and helpful. The location is very good. The air conditioning system is quite effective.
I had stayed in a serviced apartment in the same area before (that was Rotunda). Of course that's a 5 star and saco is a 4, and a lot more economical. But if you really are picky about certain things like spotless cleanliness or having an Apple internet tv, etc. go to Rotunda. Okay, here are my criticisms: The main disappointment was the cleanliness of the apartment: 1. The bath needed serious cleaning - black mould was forming in 3-4 places over it 2. There was considerable amount of dust around when we entered the apartment, specially in the living room Another thing was that the pillows were really bad. I had a pain in my neck for the next 3 days after my stay! Apart from these, everything else was to our satisfaction.

Apartment was nice and centrally located
The throw on the bed was covered in body fluids. Also the sofa had a lot of stains on. There was also a problem the drainage in the main bathroom which smelt and water did not run away quickly. I received a copy invoice but no confirmation email giving me the pin details for the door or key safe.

Excellent accommodation in a surprisingly attractive part of the country. Excellent cafes, restaurants close by.Comfortable, roomy with spectacular views.Good for families who want to cook also. Reception staff very helpful

The views from the balcony were fantastic, and it was a great sized balcony. The flat was well resourced and finished to a good standard.
The fact that the doors slam shut (which i suspect is for fire regulations) but it would be nice to have a door wedge to have the bedroom doors open during the day if you want.

The appt was spacious and well laid out. There was attention to detail with pictures and vases around the appt. The location was fab for bars and restaurants and not too bad for the Bullring. The staff were very helpful. The toiletries and the tea/coffee/milk etc was really useful and a nice touch.
The couch in the main living area was a little grotty with a few stains on it - maybe needed some throws or a shampoo.

Thought the flat was very well designed and speacious, and enjoyed the atmosphere of the flat.

Everything we needed was in the apartment, we cooked a roast dinner and had everything we required. The apartment itself was in great condition and had lovely views. I would book an apartment here again.
We could only get one keycard the first night which was frustrating but we got a second one the next day.

We like there very much. We found the tap in one of the bathroom was malfunction. We reported it on the second day. The problem was fixed when we came back at that nite. The staff there is nice and helpful. We enjoyed to stay there.

Superb location and excellent roomy accommodation - very well equipped and convenient well priced parking very close. Will definitley return here.
